i have never tried garnier oil repair..
However..
U need to have a routine for ur hair like to use shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and hair lotion. try Dove Intensive Moisturetherapy Shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and hair lotion or Loreal Paris damaged hair . it helps to repair damaged hair and prevents it from further damaged. however, you need to stick to this routine( do this at least two times a week) for about 3 months. Im sure u would notice the results within one month. however, if u find that ur hair is damaged from shoulder down maybe u would want to cut ur hair until should length and start growing ur hair again, but this would take a longer time. REMEMBER TO WASH UR HAIR IN COLD WATER AND WHEN DOING SO TILT UR HEAD BACKWARDS, this helps in good blood circulation as it moves the blood backwards from ur head top to ur neck. Wash ur hair like two to three times per week ONLY so that minerals and vitamins and natural hair oils don't get deprived from ur hair.Good luck!so just use Dove or Loreal and e-mail after u get ur hair done. Good luck!!!Which brand of shampoo and conditioner i have to use for dry and rough hair?can i use garnier oil repair?
Oh I know how you feel, i struggled for years until I came across John Frieda...It is really great. I would recommend using a clarifying shampoo every 2 weeks or so....to remove the build up caused by the Frizz ease serums. I find they (frizz ease products)tend to work better after removing the build up! I would get a non static hairbrish...entirely made of plastic or wood...no metal! Of course when you wash your hair in cold water, more product remains, less natural oil is removed and it appears shinier! make sure that your diet is well balanced too!Which brand of shampoo and conditioner i have to use for dry and rough hair?can i use garnier oil repair?
You can try this. Aloe Vera,is a good remedy for dry hair. It is obtained from the leaves of the Aloe Vera plant. Break the leaf and squeeze out the liquid inside, apply this liquid to your scalp, keep for about an hour and wash it off . Check out http://solutionsfordryhair.blogspot.com/ for more info.
garnier is horrible. Pantene, Dove and Frizz ease (John Frieda Collection) is amazing. pantene and dove are great for that kind of hair. pantene is on a higher level than dove, based on how well it works. Frizz ease is amazing, why? because its professional and its used in salons. it is a bit on the pricy side but its worth it. dove is lower that pantene but also works amazing. if you dont want to spend that much money i would go for pantene if i were you.
here are the sites.

neutrogena shampoo and conditioner are super moisturizing. the kind in the tubes not the bottles.
dove advanced therapy is good. after i started flat ironing my hair it really helped make it soft.
I had this problem but I switched to Aussie Moist and after my hair drys after the shower, I put a very small amount of walnut oil in the ends. This helps the dryness a lot. Hope this helps you! =D
Use nexxus...it will make your hair softer. Its a bit expensive though.
Pantene is the best.
head and shoulders....
rejoice..........
pantene....and the best is coconut milk
