Used this product for years never heard of putting it the oil.I would bet it would kill an engines oil pump and bearing before you can turn it off.

I do believe that Bar's is meant for your water system. The oil is not a good place to put it.Anything could happen if misused. Its possible take it would snap the camshaft due to excess friction in the engine.
The bars won't mix with oil. just change your oil and you will be all right. If your cam is broke it had nothing to do with the Bars leak. Now if you still have a blown head gasket, use K W Block seal and it will fix that.
