Oil painting ';REPAIR'; service?

I have an oil painting that was damaged this week. It has been in the family about 60 years. It is not an antique or Masterpiece but a very detailed landscape painting. It was painted on paper (not cloth). Three pieces of paper were ';SCRATCHED '; away from the painting. Torn off if you will. Where do i find someone who could repair this? A college art school? What fees would i expect to pay? Hourly? I live outside of Detroit, Michigan. Thank you.Oil painting ';REPAIR'; service?
I restore oil paintings and depending on the size of your damage is how someone would charge you. Size of the damaged area and you will likely pay a little more because it was on paper and not canvas. Price though depends on size of damage. Try contacting a local college art instructor they may have their class restore it for free for you as a lesson on repairs for their students.Oil painting ';REPAIR'; service?
WELL IT WILL BE A LOT OF MANY FROM YOUR PACKET ...WELL IF YOU CAN AFFORDED JUST CONTACT ME ....... HOW OLD IS THE PICTURE .. AND HOW BIG IS THE DAMAGED AREA?? AND HOW BIG IS THE PICTURE ??/
google for a restoration service or go to any local gallery and they should be able to point your way.
You need a Fine Painting Restorer service. Here is a link to some...listed in order by the State. There are several in Michigan.

I'd definitely ask to see some samples of similar canvases. And check with the Better Business Bureau. Good luck.
