Kia rio 02 repair price?(oil pan steering)?

Hey guys whatsup. I was involved in an accident in which my 02 Kia Rio (sucks i know) hit a curb. and because the car is so little rather than hitting the tire it hit the oil pan and cracked or destroyed it. any body know how much this will cost me to repair. Also it was real hard to turn the wheel but i was thinking this is just because theres no oil for it. is that right? oh and the airbags but i dont think i even need those so i dont think they will cost anything.
