Wet or dry hair first?

How long should I leave it in?

Wrap it in a towel?

Should I wash it out with shampoo %26amp; conditioner? If olive oil actually helps repair hair, what should I do?

you can also buy olive oil shampoo. l'occitane sells one, the label says their shampoo is gentle enough to use daily. there might be others that sell shampoo with olive oil already mixed in.

There is a product called hair mayonaisse that has olive oil in it
use dry hair. and use warm olive oil with some honey or just on its own and put it through the hair, focusing on the ends. using a shower cap will help it. also doing in the bath with help it work better and you leave it in for about 3o mins. olive oil has so many good properties and the better quality the olive oil the better it will be for your hair. cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is the best.
hi pour on to dry hair, leave on as long as poss, longer the better. massage your head well and let your hair dry without using hairdryer.
this is a common misconception. it's more of a hair sealant, not a repair. to repair damaged hair, get aussie 3 minute miracle from the drugstore for like $4. super cheap and works WONDERS. this is from someone used to paul mitchell.
