No this is not repairable also the oil is there as a coolant and usually is considered a carcinogen you should contact your local electric supplier tho have it replaced.

My Oil Circuit Breaker has developed leak between flange & porcelain insulator. can this repaired or replaced?
This is an electrical engineering question, can anybody out there make suggestion on what to do about it ? Oil Circuit Breaker (OCB) is use as disconnecting means to isolate High Voltage supply prior to transformers in order to step down voltage to required level.
