My Oil Circuit Breaker has developed leak between flange & porcelain insulator. can this repaired or replaced?

This is an electrical engineering question, can anybody out there make suggestion on what to do about it ? Oil Circuit Breaker (OCB) is use as disconnecting means to isolate High Voltage supply prior to transformers in order to step down voltage to required level. This is a Japanese made eqpt., manufactured by Inoue Electric Mfg., Co., Ltd, 1974 series, type -TEO-150-Pu, Volts-34.5KV, Amps-600A, Capacity-1500MBA.My Oil Circuit Breaker has developed leak between flange %26amp; porcelain insulator. can this repaired or replaced?
No this is not repairable also the oil is there as a coolant and usually is considered a carcinogen you should contact your local electric supplier tho have it replaced.
